Submit a new link to the directory
Submission Guidelines - Submit sites to proper categories.If you don't see an appropriate category please contact us to recommend one.
- Listings are sorted by Google Toolbar Page Rank (PR).
- Featured listings are shown above regular and reciprocal listings, regardless of PR.
- All listings are permanent and the listing fee is a one-time payment.
- Please take the time to write good quality descriptions. Submissions that contain errors, bad grammar, or similar will delay approval, or simply be rejected.
- Descriptions are to be a minimum of 250 characters and up to 800. That's about 35 words and is a bit longer than most other directories require. We expect you to supply something a bit beyond what you cut and paste into every other directory you submit to. 35, 40, even 100 words is not hard to write about your site.
- Do not submit links to affiliate programs or web sites that only contain affiliate advertising links.
- No Porn or Pharmaceuticals. This is a real estate directory!
- Do not submit sites that are under construction. Finish your site, then submit it.
- Submit titles and descriptions in English. French is permitted only in Agents - Canada - Quebec as well as in Agents - International. Other languagesare not acceptable as our editors would not know what your submission says.
- You may capitalize each significant word in your title. Capitalize the first letter of each sentence in descriptions, as well as proper nouns. Submissions that are in all UPPER CASE or all lower case letters will not be accepted.
- Deep links to internal pages are accepted only for paid links, providing they are submitted to the proper category. Reciprocal listings may only link to your top level domain.
- Reciprocal links NOT required for paid listings.
- Free listings require a reciprocal link. Reciprocal links must be placed on pages that search engine bots are capable of crawling. We take great care to ensure our pages get crawled and indexed so as to benefit the listings in our directory. We ask the same of your reciprocal link.
