We are always on the lookout for great content that our visitors will find useful. We accept articles submitted to us for review. If we feel your content fills a gap in our information base we may publish it on the site. In return we provide live links to your website.

Submission Rules and Guidelines Please Read Them

1. Content should be of high quality and pertaining to real estate. Information must be accurate and written in English with proper spelling and grammar. Though we may edit submitted content from time to time we will not rewrite a poorly written article.

2. Submitted articles MUST BE ORIGINAL CONTENT. We have no interest in being placed in a compromising position regarding copyright. Also, duplicate content found elsewhere on the web does not help us with traffic, nor does it help you with a back-link to your site when the search engines ignore that page. We take this issue very seriously and as such we use tools that check for this. A slight rewording of previously published content is not sufficient for it to be labeled original

3. We retain copyright to all published content. We are not a 'Free Article Directory'. Content published on our site is not intended for distribution and publication elsewhere.

4. We will give you credit for the article. It's only fair. That includes a live link to your website (if you have one). The link will remain live for as long as the article is on our site.

5. We reserve the right to alter and edit your submission if we deem it necessary. This will not change your status as the author of the article. Credits and links will remain.

6. Acceptance of your article onto our site does not guarantee permanent placement. It may or may not be removed at some point in the future.

7. You will be notified upon acceptance of your submitted article. Due to the number of submissions we receive, and our thorough review process, this may take an undetermined amount of time.

8. We do not send notifications for submissions that were rejected. If you do not receive an acceptance email do not resubmit the same content.

9. Submissions MUST BE ORIGINAL CONTENT! A repeat in case you missed that one.
